CSI has a 13-year continuous working relationship with the City of Irvine.
The City was one of our very first clients and we have maintained a staff of
talented planners who work alongside Irvine’s own permanent staff. It’s an excellent example of how our flexibility in providing staff resources has benefited the City by allocating staff assignments depending on their needs at any given time.

As the economic trends have ebbed and flowed over the years, so have the development trends with the City and therefore the needs for planning services. CSI has provided the opportunity for the City to expand or reduce CSI’s staff/service levels to meet their needs. Civic has provided an on-site manager to relieve the burden of training and oversight of the consultant staff and has been the consistent thread over time for the City. Even as situations change, the management and direction of resources remain stable.
